Rutgers HR Payroll Project
POSTED:
Rutgers University is advancing its Human Resources and Payroll Transformation Initiative, a comprehensive, multi-year project aimed at modernizing and streamlining HR and payroll processes across the institution. This effort seeks to unify existing platforms into a single system using Oracle's Human Capital Management (HCM) cloud-based software, fostering a cohesive identity and standardized practices university-wide.
Initially slated for a January 2025 launch, the project timeline has been extended, with the new system now scheduled to go live on September 2025. This extension allows the project team additional time for design, configuration, and thorough testing to ensure a seamless transition.
