- How to Submit Timesheets on DoCS HRM: Instructions on how to submit your hours on the DoCSHRM portal. Note that not all Class 4 employees submit their hours directly; this depends on your specific assignment and supervisor.
- New Jersey Earned Sick Leave: Under New Jersey’s Earned Sick Leave Law, employees have a right to accrue up to 40 hours of earned sick leave per year To view your available balance visit the myRutgers Portal and select the Employee Self-Service tab.
